MSUM Planetarium features Planets on Thursdays
The MSUM Planetarium is featuring Red River Skies: Planets on Thursdays at 7 p.m. June 3-24.
The Sun sets late over the Red River Valley in June. But there are still opportunities to observe the night sky. This month we will learn how to use a star map and where to find the bright naked-eye planets in the summer sky.
General admission is $3; children 12 and under, senior citizens and Tri-College students are $1.50. The Planetarium is located in Bridges Hall 167 at 11th Street and 8th Avenue South on the MSUM campus. For more information, call 218.477.2920 or visit www.mnstate.edu/regsci
