It’s All About the Students: 2010 Campus Campaign Underway!

Campus Campaign volunteers have their packet assignments and will be delivering your campaign packet soon!

The goal of the 2010 Campus Campaign is $155,000. Last year, our overall participation was 47 percent and we raised more than $158,000. We hope to do even better this year! Participation really is the key to a successful campaign. If you have never participated in the campaign, try giving just a dollar or two each pay period and see how easy it is. Every gift matters and together we can accomplish great things for our students!

The Campus Campaign really is “All About the Students”. Your gift supports them through scholarships and program support. We all know that tuition continues to rise and students are shouldering more and more of the expense. Your gift helps ensure that more scholarship dollars will be there for students so that they can concentrate on why they are here – to be students. By supporting the Campus Campaign, you are letting students know that we are here for them and support them as they achieve their educational goals.

Once you receive your packet, take a few minutes to look through the material and consider a gift to the Campus Campaign in support of our students. Return your pledge form to the Alumni Foundation early. Incentive prize drawings begin March 5th. Once you return your pledge form, your name is entered into the drawing and stays there for all the drawings, March 5th, 12, 19, and 26. The sooner you return your pledge card, the more chances you have to win. Incentive prizes include hotel rooms, Straw Hat Players tickets, Shooting Star package, music concerts, restaurant gift cards, MSUM apparel and gifts and much more.

A big thank you goes out to all of the volunteers who help with the Campus Campaign. The success of the campaign is a direct result of the hard work and dedication of so many faculty and staff who give their time to deliver packets to their colleagues and share the campaign message.

There are about 50 volunteers across campus that make contact with other faculty and staff. The volunteers are the reason our Campus Campaign is so successful and they deserve MANY THANKS! Below is a complete list of faculty and staff volunteers.
