Thanks from the Theatre Department

MSUM Theatre Arts would like to thank all who attended our season opener, “Rent.” We were fortunate to have sold-out houses for each of the eight performances.

The Theatre Arts Department collaborated with the Minnkota Health Project and Hendrix Health Center to bring awareness and information about AIDS to the campus. We were also able to display two panels of the AIDS Memorial Quilt in the theatre lobby.

Finally, MSUM Theatre Arts Department, in conjunction with the production of “Rent,” raised $2,600 for the Minnkota Health Project. The money will be used by people living with AIDS in the Red River Valley.
