Music Theatre Fargo-Moorhead presents A YEAR WITH FROG AND TOAD
Music Theatre Fargo-Moorhead (MTFM)* is proud to announce the regional premiere of A YEAR WITH FROG AND TOAD by Willie and Robert Reale. Based on the beloved children’s books by Arnold Lobel, these familiar characters hop from page to stage in this jazzy and perky Tony-nominated musical. MTFM’s production performs October 29 & 30th at 7:30pm and October 31 & November 1st at 2:00pm at the Fargo-Moorhead Community Theatre.
A YEAR WITH FROG AND TOAD follows two great friends, the cheerful and popular Frog and the rather grumpy Toad through four fun-filled seasons. Waking from hibernation in the spring, they proceed to plant gardens, swim, rake leaves and go sledding, learning life lessons along the way while rejoicing in the attributes that make each of us different and special.
MTFM’s cast of A YEAR WITH FROG AND TOAD features Craig Ellingson as Toad, Ryan Kipp as Frog, and Kathy Hanson, Adam Pankow and Angie Schulz taking on multiple roles. David Watson accompanies the cast and leads a nine-person pit orchestra.
