D2L Downtimes

D2L Unavailable Sunday, July 19 from 5 AM to 9 AM


D2L will be unavailable to users on Sunday, July 19, from 5 AM to 9 AM when we will take a maintenance release (MR2) to fix issues in D2L. If more time is required to perform the update, the downtime may extend beyond 9 AM.  (We are using our reserved Sunday morning maintenance window to apply this fix to D2L.)

D2L Unavailable Saturday, August 8 from 5 AM to 9 AM
D2L will be unavailable to users on Saturday, August 8, from 5 AM to 9 AM when we take a maintenance release (MR3) to enhance D2L performance and fix issues in D2L.   If more time is needed to apply the update, the downtime may extend beyond 9 AM. (This downtime will occur within the window of our first Friday of the month reserved downtime for maintenance releases and upgrades.)

We will keep you informed of any additional downtimes required for preparation for fall start up.

Reminder:  Our reserved D2L downtime windows are Sunday mornings from 5AM-9 AM, Tuesday mornings from 5 AM-7AM, and the first Friday night/Saturday morning of each month from 10 PM Friday to 10 AM Saturday (with the exception of holiday weekends when we use the second Friday of the month).

For urgent issues, we may at times need to schedule a downtime that falls outside of the reserved times.  We will always try to provide as much advance notice as possible.  We appreciate your assistance in notifying D2L users at your campus of these downtimes.
