Ron Odden, Licensed Psychologist with Lakeland Mental Health Center and in conjunction with the State Employee Assistance Program, will be presenting an in – service talk on “Dealing with Life Changes”, Tuesday, April 14th, 9 to 10 a.m., in CMU 101.
Stress is an everyday fact of life. Everyone experiences it. Some degree of stress is a necessary part of life; however when you have too much stress or it lasts too long, stress can be harmful to your health.
This is a presentation for all interested employees and will focus on the anxiety and stress experienced with life changes, such as our recent flood issues. Odden will discuss methods for coping and managing anxiety and stress in our lives.
Odden is a licensed psychologist with over 26 years of experience in providing psychotherapy and consultation to all age groups in the Fargo-Moorhead area.
