Carol Sibley, librarian, is retiring after 32 years of service to MSUM. A party to honor Carol will be held on Wednesday, Dec. 11, from 4:30-8 p.m., at the Speak Easy in Moorhead. Dalhouses presented paper at 18th European Conference on Reading
Doris Walker Dalhouse, Profesor Emerita, STL and A. Derick Dalhouse, Psychology, presented a paper in August at The 18th European Conference on Reading in Jonkoping, Sweden. The title of the paper was, “Reader response and instructional implications: using children’s books about immigrants/refugees with struggling readers.”
President Szymanski to retire June 2014
Edna Mora Szymanski, the tenth president of Minnesota State University Moorhead (MSUM), has announced that she will retire on June 30, 2014. Szymanski has been MSUM’s president since July 1, 2008.
