Ralf Mehnert-Meland (Assistant Professor – Business Law, Paseka School of Business) has published an instructional case in the International Journal of Instructional Cases. “The Chairman’s Jokes” addresses executive-level discriminatory behavior in the business environment. It discusses the issues presented in the legal, ethical and business/human resources contexts.
Ralf Mehnert-Meland (Assistant Professor – Business Law, Paseka School of Business) was recently published in the International Journal of Instructional Cases. “When in Rome (or Manila …)” presents instructional materials and discusses a case in which business needs, ethics and legal obligations collide in an international setting.
