The paper “The Impact of Learning Communities on Freshman Retention” written by Oscar Flores, Economics, and Claudia Sanchez Vela, Universidad Autonoma de Nuevo Leon, has been accepted for publication by The Journal of Economic Insight.
Adam Schutt, a May 2019 MSUM Economics graduate, was recently notified that his undergraduate research was selected for publication in Undergraduate Economic Review. Oscar Flores, Economics, attended the Negotiation Pedagogy Conference organized by Harvard Law School’s Program on Negotiation. Flores, a contract negotiator for the Inter Faculty Organization, attended this conference in preparation of his Spring Semester elective course on The Economics of Bargaining.
