MSUM presents alumni awards during Homecoming
MSU Moorhead will present alumni awards to seven of its graduates during its Homecoming celebration Sept. 18-26. Receiving Alumni Awards: John Richman, president of North Dakota State College of Science; Sal Haider, president of Haider Development Corporation; Jason Nordmark, a North Dakota newspaper publisher and printer; Kerstin Kealy Esterby, a WDAY television news anchor and producer; Larry Dahlen, associate professor at Mount Mary College; and Cynthia and Gary Nolte. Homecoming 2009 kicks off with parade, alumni welcome zone Sept. 18
The Homecoming Parade begins at 4:00 p.m. on Friday, September 18. Join alumni and friends at the Alumni Welcome Zone in front of the Alumni House on the corner of 6th Street and 11th Avenue. If you haven’t seen our new digs, this is the perfect time for a visit. Come watch the parade, check out the Alumni House, and enjoy lemonade and cookies. Click link to read more.
Homecoming royalty nominations being taken
Homecoming is coming up fast and royalty nominations are now being taken. If you have a student who you think is wonderful nominate them! Let them stand on stage, representing MSUM at its finest! Anyone can nominate including faculty and staff. All nominations must be juniors or seniors with a minimum of a 2.5 gpa. Nominate at www.dragonhomecoming.com
