College students raise money for Haiti earthquake relief

Area college students are doing their part to help the people of Haiti. Students at Minnesota State University Moorhead formed a new group called Dragons for Haiti, which aims to raise $10,000. All money raised will benefit ShelterBox, an international disaster relief charity that delivers emergency supply boxes to crisis areas. A Dragons For Haiti dance party will be held Thursday, February 4 at 8:00 p.m. in the CMU.
Dragons for Haiti is sponsoring this event to raise contributions and awareness of the devastation that occurred in Haiti. Join us for a night of music and generosity. With a LIVE DJ, you will work up a sweat dancing to the best international music that the world has. $3 per person or $5 per couple. 100% of all proceeds will go to ShelterBox.
