City of Moorhead Consumer Confidence Report
Each year the City of Moorhead sends out their Consumer Confidence Report (CCR), which details the drinking water quality in Moorhead. They are required by the EPA to send the CCR to all of their customers by July 1 of each year. Following is the link to the 2016 Consumer Confidence Report.
