Comstock Reading Aloud Initiative donates books

This summer, the Comstock Reading Aloud Initiative, sponsored by Livingston Lord Library, donated nearly 450 picture books to school libraries and agencies. Library children’s book sale set for Oct. 23 and 24

On Tuesday, Oct. 23, and Wednesday, Oct. 24, the Library will be selling children’s picture books appropriate for preschoolers through 6th graders. All books were published in 2011 and are in excellent condition. The sale will be held in the Library Circulation lobby from noon to 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, and noon to 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
