Binet has become one of the leading photographers in her field, known for her ability to express the pure essence of the buildings she captures through striking use of light and shadow, contrast and form.
Dr. Konrad Czynski, Philosophy, is going to present his colloquium with the topic “A Christmas Carol: Dickens’ Parable of Self-Redemption – a narrative moral philosophy” in MacLean Hall 273, Wednesday, February 25, 4:30pm-5:30pm.
Lamé’s Theorem is a little known result that describes a beautiful connection between the Fibonacci sequence and the Euclidean Algorithm on the integers. We will describe what this connection is, beginning with what how the Euclidean Algorithm works on the integers.
On Thursday, Feb. 26 at 7 p.m., MSUM professors Terrie Manno and Kevin Zepper will present a free performance that combines Manno’s music and Zepper’s poetry in Fox Recital Hall in the Roland Dille Center for the Arts on the MSUM campus.
