MSUM’s School of Teaching and Learning hosted the Valley Partnership’s New Teacher Academy on campus yesterday. The event is part of a partnership with NDSU and VCSU. New teachers were invited to attend a free one-day New Teacher Summer Academy to help them get started in their first classroom experience.
Four MSUM Special Education majors — Jill Utter, Matthew Peck, Emily Dyce, and Ivy Renner — have received scholarships from the Minnesota Council for Exceptional Children to attend the CEC 2011 Convention and Expo April 25-28 in National Harbor, MD.
