Anna Sigridur Arnar, School of Visual Arts, presented a paper “Reading Sculptural Bookworks” at the College Art Association Conference in New York. The panel was sponsored by the International Association of Word & Image Studies.
Carl Oltvedt, faculty in the School of Visual Arts, is currently exhibiting “A Delicate Balance” at the Groveland Annex in Minneapolis. His work was recently covered in the Star-Tribune.
On March 4, students and faculty from the Schools of Media Arts and Design, Visual Arts, and Performing Arts attended a presentation by Animator and Director, Tim Rauch. Rauch presented on his experiences in the field of animation, and the creative process of bringing the recorded stories of StoryCorps to life.
