Alumni in Spotlight at The Ivey Awards
Several MSUM alumni recently caught the spotlight at The Ivey Awards, a celebration of the theatre community in the Twin Cities. The Ivey Awards Committee selects honorees that exemplify excellence within their craft over the last season. Each year’s ceremony features highlights from a few productions (chosen from hundreds staged over the past year) to perform a song or scene.
Scott and Judy Green to receive L.B. Hartz Award
Scott and Judy Green, Fargo, N.D., have been selected to receive Minnesota State University Moorhead’s 34th annual L.B. Hartz Professional Achievement Award. MSUM Selects Two for $2,000 L.B. Hartz Academic Achievement Scholarships
Two Minnesota State University Moorhead business administration majors, Abigail Olson and Katelyn Herfindahl, are winners of this year’s L.B. Hartz Academic Achievement Scholarships. The L.B. Hartz Foundation awards two $2,000 Academic Achievement Scholarships to business administration, finance, management or marketing majors at MSUM for his/her senior year. The Counseling and Student Affairs’ Community Outreach Center will be promoted on 1100 AM’s morning show between 6 and 9 a.m. on Tuesday, Sept. 20. Clinic Coordinator and CNSA faculty Dr. Ken Messina provided an interview to promote the Community Outreach Center and MSUM.
