Doris Walker-Dalhouse, Professor Emerita, Derick Dalhouse, Psychology, Carol H. Sibley and Korella Selzler, Library, have received an award for a research article published in the “Journal of Reading Education.” This “Outstanding Article Award” was selected by the Organization of Teacher Educators in Reading of the International Reading Association.
Steve Lindaas, Physics and Astronomy, attended the winter American Association of Physics Teachers (AAPT) conference in New Orleans earlier this month. An art exhibit titled “Breathe In, Breathe Out” by Andrew Stark, Art & Design, opens Friday, Feb. 1, with a reception from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. at Ecce Gallery in downtown Fargo. The exhibit runs until Feb. 26. Ecce is located at 216 N. Broadway. Gallery hours are Tuesday through Sunday from noon to 6 p.m.
