Dr. Julie Swaggert, Educational Leadership, presented in early February at the Ethnographic and Qualitative Research Conference sponsored by the University of Nevada Las Vegas. Her co-presenter was Neil Gleason, Clinical Psychology graduate student at MSU Mankato. The poster session based on school research completed in Africa, was titled: “Distributed Leadership at a High-Performing School in Rural Zambia: A Case Study.”
