Heather Lisa Maneiro is MSUM’s new instruction and information literacy librarian. Heather previously was a technical writer at Microsoft. Her previous academic experience includes working as an assistant professor and reference librarian at Valley City State University. Click headline for details.
MSUM’s first exhibition of the fall semester, “Abstraction 100”, is a centennial exhibition that marks 100 years since non-objective art was first recognized. It will be showing through Sept. 22 in the Roland Dille Center for the Arts Gallery, and feature the work of 31 artists, demonstrating the breadth of approaches possible within abstraction, and the wide variety of methods and materials that can be employed.
