The 22nd annual Woodlands & High Plains Powwow will be held Saturday, March 5 at Concordia College Memorial Auditorium. The Woodlands and High Plains Powwow (WHPP) is looking for volunteers. The Woodlands and High Plains Powwow will be held on Saturday, March 5, in the Memorial Auditorium, Concordia College campus.
