The Business Office will be open from 8 a.m.-5 p.m., Monday through Friday from August 26–30 to provide additional service to students.

Dr. Richard Jones died of a massive stroke Wednesday, August 14. Richard was the Dean of Education from 1976-81 at MSUM. His life-long wife and partner, Myrna, died in 2009. Recent Death: Former Economics Professor Eugene Philipps
Professor Eugene A. Philipps, 81, Moorhead, Minn., died on Saturday, August 17, 2013, in Villa Maria Nursing Home, Fargo, N.D. In 1966 he joined the Moorhead Economics faculty and in 1967 became departmental chairman, a position he held until 1974. During his tenure, the Department grew to seven full-time members.
