Math major accepted to Summer Undergraduate Mathematical Sciences Research Institute
Mathematics major, Josiah Reiswig, was accepted to and will be participating in an REU at the Summer Undergraduate Mathematical Sciences Research Institute at Miami University in Ohio. He will be working with a small group of students from around the country on open problems in Discrete Mathematics. www.units.muohio.edu/sumsri

Alliss Educational Foundation Awards $668,145 Scholarship Grant to Minnesota State Colleges and Universities
The Charles & Ellora Alliss Educational Foundation has awarded a grant in the amount of $668,145 to Minnesota State Colleges and Universities to provide need-based scholarships to students at the seven MnSCU state universities.
