Minnesota State University Moorhead’s Straw Hat Players Summer Theatre opens its third show of the summer — “Funny Girl,” a PG-13-rated musical with hits like “Don’t Rain on My Parade,” “I’m the Greatest Star,” and “People” – on Tuesday, June 17. The Minnesota State Colleges and Universities announced that the Board of Trustees has entered into a second three-year contract with Chancellor Steven Rosenstone.
