Lisa Staiger and Lynn Mahlum presented at the National Field Experiences Conference in Greeley, Col. on April 14. The presentation outlined their work with Embedded Field Experiences in the School of Teaching and Learning.
President Anne is running the Boston Marathon today, Monday, April 20. Friends and colleagues can track her progress during race day. According to the Boston Athletic Association website, “The B.A.A. will broadcast every five kilometer split to its website and family and friends can track your progress by logging in and entering your name or bib number.”
Today’s candidate for the Director of Career Development, Thomas Novak, has withdrawn from consideration. His Open forum for today at 1:15 p.m. has been cancelled.
Dr. Claudia Murphy, Philosophy, is going to present her colloquium with the topic “Ignorance, Colonialism and the Environment – Why It Starts with Me” in MacLean Hall 273, Wednesday, April 22, 4:30pm-5:30pm.
There will be a program and reception recognizing the service and generosity of Dr. Charles Russell Magel to Minnesota State University Moorhead. It will be held Thursday, April 23 at 11 a.m. in the Livingston Lord Library commons.
