Dr. Yuri Boreisha, CSIS Department, has been awarded a Windows Azure Educator Grant by Microsoft. Boreisha will use the platform in his CSIS 405 E-Commerce Technologies course in Spring 2014.

Several Computer Science students attended the Midwest Instruction and Computing Symposium held at the University of Wisconsin, La Crosse. MSUM students place in top 12% of 220-team competition
The ACM North Central Collegiate Programming Contest was held Nov. 12, and an MSUM team placed in the top 12% of the contenders. Two teams of students from the Computer Science and Information Systems Department competed in Digi-Key’s Collegiate Computing Competition Oct. 14 at Digi-Key in Thief River Falls.
