President Anne will honor alumna Tammy Miller at Saturday’s basketball game for being for being recognized by the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business as one of its first 100 Influential Leaders. The inaugural honor recognizes Tammy for making an impact in the world through her business insight, leadership ability and entrepreneurial success.
David C. Nelson, 84, died Jan. 24 at his home in The Villages, Fla. Nelson served as dean of Business and Applied Programs before his retirement. During his 18-year tenure, he loved working the scoreboard at the Dragons basketball games and participating in the college’s annual July 4th celebrations. Read his obituary.
