Daniel McEwen, Department of Biosciences, was part of an interdisciplinary team that was awarded a 1.37 million dollar grant from the Arctic Landscape Conservation Cooperative under the direction of the United States Geological Survey to study the impacts of climate change on linkages between hydrology, insect emergence, and migratory shorebird reproductive success. Julie Mondy, associate director of admissions at American University of the Caribbean School of Medicine, will be coming to discuss medical school and the AUC campus. It’s a 30-minute presentation hosted on Tuesday, Feb. 4 at 4 p.m. in science lab 118. Hosted by Pre-Health Professionals.
