An MSUM Deans’ Lecture Series event on “In Living Color: How Reading American Literatures Together Enriches the Literary Feast” by Hazel Retzlaff from the English department starts at 4 p.m. Thursday, April 30 in the Center for Business 111.
Film Studies will be holding its Senior Seminar Final Screenings/Presentations on April 30 and May 1 at 6:30 p.m. in Weld Auditorium. Both evenings will consist of final film projects (a mix of documentary, short dramatic narrative and experimental films) and research presentations. These events are FREE and open to the public. Five MSUM students collected 10 Eric Sevareid Awards from the Northwest Broadcast News Association (NBNA), and horizonlines.org, an online magazine produced under the direction of Reggie Radniecki, assistant professor of mass communications, received an award of merit for its Website.
