Dr. Yuri Boreisha, CSIS Department, has been awarded a Windows Azure Educator Grant by Microsoft. Boreisha will use the platform in his CSIS 405 E-Commerce Technologies course in Spring 2014.
On Nov. 2, the Association of Literacy Educators and Researchers (ALER) presented Doris Walker-Dalhouse, Professor Emerita, STL, with the Albert J. Mazurkiewicz Special Service Award. The award, recognizing her significant contribution to ALER, was presented during the organization’s annual conference in Dallas, Texas.

To date, the exchange has included MSUM student online collaboration and video-conferencing with students from Shanghai Finance University.
