Dr. T. J. Hansen, Department of Economics, Law & Politics, presented “Economic Currents: What’s Circulating?” at the Friday, October 13 meeting of the Fargo Gateway Lions Club. She highlighted trends pertaining to the Fargo-Moorhead region and the U.S. within the global economy. Hansen also provided an economic outlook related to inflation, unemployment, and economic growth expectations for 2024.
Sarah Ring, MS/CCC-SLP, faculty member in the department of Speech Language Hearing Sciences and community SLP at Sanford Health, presented at the ND ECHO Project on October 17. The ND ECHO project was created to educate rural healthcare workers. Sarah’s presentation was: Stroke Rehabilitation: Stroke Team Roles and Responsibilities; Interdisciplinary Team Process and Practices.
