MSUM will be implementing a new ID card security protocol next spring. To implement this change all employees must have a current style ID card. Messages from the email address: msum_id_card_replacement@lists.mnstate.edu will be sent each month reminding employees, with old style cards, to get their ID cards replaced. Bioscience Department faculty members, Alison Wallace and Ellen Brisch, collaborated with colleagues from Colorado State University to publish a paper entitled “Boosting student performance with inclusive writing-to-learn assignments through graphic organizers in large enrollment undergraduate biology courses” in the Tips and Tools section of the Journal of Microbiology and Biology Education.
