Recognizing Mitch Osland with Dragon Pride
Mitch Osland saves many a colleague when their mode of transport fails them. Recently, when Lauren Kupfer got a flat tire at work, he not only arrived immediately to help but recommended places where she could get it fixed after he temporarily filled it.
“What really stuck with me,” she says, “is that he offered to follow me there, in case something happened along the way. It was such a small act of kindness, but it meant a lot that he made sure I wasn’t handling it alone. That kind of genuine care, thoughtfulness, and willingness to go the extra mile is exactly what makes someone a great colleague and makes me proud to be a Dragon.”
