From Campus News to breaking news: Selah Jacoway to speak at Commencement
As a multimedia journalist and fill-in anchor for Valley News Live, Selah’s days are full with pitch meetings, interview setups, writing, filming, and crafting news. These are skills the broadcast journalism student already practiced with Campus News.
“What I do at Valley News is literally what I did in Campus News. It’s real-world training inside the classroom,” she says.
Selah will speak to her fellow graduates at the Spring 2026 undergraduate commencement ceremony on May 8.
