Singer/Songwriter Stephen Beckermann to Perform at Sun Garden Lounge

Singer/songwriter Stephen Beckermann will perform a selection of his pieces at 4:00 PM on Wednesday, March 4, in the Sun Garden Lounge.

Drawing inspiration from iconic storytellers like John Prine and Tom Waits, Beckermann crafts original music that spans contemporary social issues, such as addiction and politics, while remaining deeply rooted in timeless themes like love and friendship.

Beckermann is the interim director for the MSUM Faculty and Professional Learning Center in addition to being a graduate of our university (Class of 1993, Music Industry; Class of 1996, Education). Listeners can find his music on most streaming platforms, including Spotify.
