Executive Mentorship Program Builds Student–Professional Connections
Ten juniors and seniors in the Paseka School of Business are taking part in this fall’s Executive Mentorship Program, a 1-credit course that pairs students with community executives from fields such as banking, investment management, law, property management, human resources, business ownership, and marketing production.

The program creates collaborative relationships between experienced professionals and upper-level students. Together, they explore career paths, discuss workplace culture, and build valuable networks that help students transition with confidence from college to professional work.
Classroom discussions this semester have included financial wellness, resume and business card preparation, networking, and interview techniques. Students and mentors also plan to volunteer together later this semester as part of the course’s emphasis on giving back to the community.
