MSUM Choirs perform at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church on May 1

The Minnesota State Moorhead Choirs will present a concert titled “Minds Apart” on Thursday, May 1, at 7:30 p.m. at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church in Moorhead, MN.
There’s more that unites us than divides us. Join the MSUM Choirs in an evening of music exploring mental health, belonging, and loss. This event is free and open to public and will feature two premiers and a special collaboration with our strings program. They will be assisted by their conductor, Michael Johnson, and pianist, Jean Hellner.
The Concert Choir is an auditioned, mixed choir that performs a wide variety of advanced choral repertoire from the Middle Ages through the 21st century. The University Choir is a large, non-auditioned, mixed choir that performs a wide variety of repertoire and includes singers of all ability levels.
