Library Services during Winter Session
With the approach of MSUM’s first winter session, the Library has been working to provide seamless service for students and faculty. While the library building will be closed per usual during this period (i.e., the portion of the library building with book stacks and reference desk), we will continue to provide access to all collections and services, including:
- Books from MSUM’s collection can be requested and picked up at the IT Help Desk (use North Entrance).
- Research assistance will be provided by MSUM librarians from 10:00am to 4:30 pm via chat/email/phone or by appointment via Zoom. https://libguides.mnstate.edu/ask-a-librarian
- Reference assistance outside of normal hours continues to be provided by our AskMN partners.
- Interlibrary loans can still be requested. Articles will be scanned and sent to your campus email. Books requested via ILL can be picked up at the IT Help Desk (use North Entrance).
For those looking for study space or access to computers:
- The Library Porch will be available 24/7 for studying.
