Mental Health First Aid teaches you how to identify, understand and respond to signs of mental and substance use challenges in adults. After the completing the course, you will be certified in Mental Health First Aid. This is a hybrid form workshop with 2 hours of online pre-work and 5.5 hours of in person training.
