Holst’s The Planets – A Suite Planetarium Show

Join us for a mix of classical music and astronomy as we explore the music of Gustav Holst and the planets of our solar system.
Our student presenter, Abby, will combine live violin performance of interesting bits of the work with clips of each of the movements and stunning planetarium visuals. She will take you into the history, astronomy, astrology, and music of this classic piece.
There will be three public shows:
Saturday, Sept. 21 (Gustav Holst’s Birthday!) at 10 a.m. and 7 p.m.
Sunday, Sept. 22 at 3 p.m.
