Library’s renovation proceeds: Closed all day March 29
Due to the renovation, the MSUM Livingston Lord Library will be closed Friday, March 29. The Library is also closed March 30-31 due to the break, and will reopen Monday, April 1 at 8 a.m.
When the Library reopens on April 1, users will need to enter the library via the new north entrance, near the CMU. This will be the only entrance into the library until the completion of the renovation project (Spring 2014). The outer doors for the north entrance are 24-hour access and allow users to access the vestibule and to return materials using the new book return drop. The inner set of doors will allow access to the library during normal open hours.
The Circulation desk will be located near the north entrance on the first floor of the library starting April 1. This desk will serve as the library circulation/check out desk and also the IT Help Desk.
The Interlibrary Loan office will move to room LI120 on March 20.
Timeline for moving other services, such as the IT Help Desk and the Reference Desk, will be posted soon. Directional and information signs will be posted in and outside of the building. The library will keep you updated via its website, as well as Dragon Digest and Student News.
Look for further updates on the progress of the renovation project.
