Toy drive for the F/M Rape and Abuse Crisis Center
Minnesota State Paralegal Association Moorhead (MSPAM) is having its annual toy drive for the F/M Rape and Abuse Crisis Center next week. Last year MSPAM helped 40 families affected by personal violence in the area. This year, they are looking to exceed this number. This toy drive helps provide gifts for their children who would have otherwise not gotten any.
Please help this great cause by keeping your eye out for any great deals on toys that could be donated and donating those toys to MSPAM. Since these toys are going to families that have been affected by several types of personal violence (domestic violence, sexual assault, and child abuse) the Rape and Abuse Crisis Center asks to please donate new (or gently used) non-violent toys only.
They will be collecting toys Monday, Dec. 3 – Thursday, Dec. 6. Look for the wrapped boxes in the CMU, the library, and on both floors of the Center for Business.
