Assessment open forums
The MSUM Assessment Committee invites you to attend open forums on liberal studies assessment methods on October 11 and 12. For the next round of assessments we would like to target areas 8-10, and are optimistically hoping we can pilot the chosen assessment in area 10 at the end of Fall 2012, with a broader pilot in areas 8-10 in Spring 2013.
If you teach a LASC/WI course, please consider attending one of these forums, particularly if you teach in areas 8-10. If you wish to provide feedback regarding this process but are unable to attend, please email Richard Lahti (faculty chair of the LASC/WI Assessment Subcommittee) at lahtiri@mnstate.edu for a copy of the handouts and Powerpoint.
When: Thursday, Oct. 11 3:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m., Friday, Oct. 12 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.
