Nasenberry: Project Manager of “The Amy Lowell Letters Project”
Dr. Danielle Nasenberry, Assistant Professor in the English Department, is the Project Manager of “The Amy Lowell Letters Project.” This successful grant award was sponsored by the National Endowment of the Humanities (NEH). This $300,000 grant will be utilized over a three-year period to create a network across the letters of American Poet Amy Lowell as she has discussions with many of the most important poets and authors of her day. Her conversations across the years range from poet feuds to suggested edits or revisions, to networking between poets/publishers, and conversations about movements like imagism. Under Nasenberry’s direction, this digital humanities project will bring to light the literary world of Lowell.
