Workday URL changing April 25, 2026
Dragon Colleagues,
The MN State System Office has informed us the Workday platform is being moved to a new URL on April 25, 2026. The current Workday URL will no longer work after that date. IT will be updating the existing links on the MSUM website and Employee Home.
New Workday URL:

Please update your Workday links after April 25:
- Bookmarks you use or saved login links
- Department documentation
- Training materials
- Shared documents.
New alternative access option:
Consider using the MyApps portal to access Workday. It provides a single sign-on experience through your StarID and eliminates the need to update bookmarks in the future.
