Exploring Open Resources: Making Your Course Z-Degree Ready
Wednesday, April 22nd, 10am (LI-124/Zoom) Register on Dragon Central.
New to Open Educational Resources? In this introductory session, you’ll learn what OERs are, where to find them, and how other faculty are using them. You’ll have dedicated time during the session to explore materials that could work for your own courses, with no obligation to make any changes to your course materials. Faculty who attend this session and fill out a brief form will earn one EDD for participation.
Already have experience with OERs and have a plan to make your course materials no cost to students? EDD incentives are available to faculty who make their courses zero-textbook-cost by using, editing, or authoring OERs, or by incorporating library materials. We welcome applications from all faculty and courses. Priority will be given to high-enrollment, regularly offered LASC courses. Interested faculty can apply via the Microsoft Form.
