Drs. Glessner, Klimek, and Wolff Presented at the Kansas Association of Teacher Educators Conference

Drs. Marci Glessner, Scott Klimek, and David Wolff, faculty members in the Nibbe School of Teaching and Learning, presented at the annual Kansas Association of Teacher Educators conference on March 27, 2026 at K-State in Manhattan, Kansas. Dr. Glessner’s presentation focused on student retention through course-based field trips. Dr. Klimek presented on the perceptions of teaching’s prestige, status, and esteem shape the next generation of potential teachers. Dr. Wolff presented on a multi-method approach to conducting qualitative research, combining autophotograph and photo-elicitation methods. Finally, Drs. Klimek and Wolff presented their current mixed-methods research study on preservice teachers’ self-efficacy.
