Before you head out for spring break, nominate colleagues for Dragon Excellence Awards 

Dragon Excellence Award Nomination Form | Nominations due Friday, March 13 

Whether your spring break plans include travel, professional development, grading and prep work, or rest and self-care, don’t forget to nominate your colleagues for a Dragon Excellence Award. Nominations are due March 13.    

Award categories include:

• Academic Excellence & Innovation Award: A Dragon faculty member who does research or creative activities that elevate student achievement and ensure student success through rigorous curriculum, innovative pedagogy, or student engagement.    
• Student Engagement Award: A Dragon who creates meaningful student experiences that engage, inspire, and foster a strong sense of belonging and cultivate Dragon pride. NEW THIS YEAR! 
• Collaboration Award: A Dragon or team of Dragons who do cross-campus collaboration, focusing on programming and processes that lead to greater opportunities for students, employees and the university.  
• Community Engagement Award: A Dragon who does instrumental work in our communities to position Moorhead as the university of choice and affirm our vital role in the region. Their leadership and passion tackle important economic and social issues facing the region. 

University Scholars Award nominations are closed. 

Awards will be presented at the Celebration of Our Dragon Employees on April 29.
