Host a location in Mug Crawl 2026
Campus offices: We’re excited to invite your organization to participate in our upcoming Mug Crawl on Wednesday, February 12, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.
The Mug Crawl is a fun campus-wide event where students “crawl” to different tables across campus to collect stamps and eventually win a mug. We would love for your department or office to host a table and be part of the experience.
If you’re interested, please fill out the table reservation form by Thursday, February 5 before 11:55pm. This will allow you to select and reserve your preferred space on campus.
Table Guidelines:
Each table must provide a real food or drink item (not just candy).
If you plan to order food from outside MSUM/Sodexo catering, you must complete the catering exemption form.
There should be a representative at your table at all times.
This is a great opportunity to connect with students, promote your organization, and be part of a fun campus tradition. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out.
