Dr. Wooyang Kim Publishes Multiple Studies in Leading Journals and Conference

Dr. Wooyang Kim, Professor of Marketing at the Paseka School of Business (PSB), recently published three scholarly articles in peer-reviewed journals and presented two conference papers during the summer of 2025. His research contributions demonstrate continued productivity that supports both the reputation of PSB and its AACSB accreditation standards.

These publications reflect collaborations with colleagues from institutions across the United States and South Korea, including Iowa State University, University of Central Florida, Florida International University, Jacksonville University, Temple University, Wilkes University, Savannah State University, and Honam University.

The first two studies are systematic reviews that examine current research themes and trends in tourism and hospitality, as well as active seniors’ tourism. The third article explores unplanned grocery shopping behavior in response to promotional stimuli. The journal articles include:

In addition, Dr. Kim presented two research papers at the Global Marketing Conference in Hong Kong, one of the premier international conferences in marketing. His presentations addressed the unification of theories for understanding generative AI adoption and the role of indoor air quality as a service quality signal in the hotel industry.
